Parallel Computing Toolbox Installation Crashes Ubuntu 20.04 VM

I'm experiencing crashes when trying to install the Parallel Computing Toolbox causes my whole vm to crash mid installation
System Details:
- MATLAB Version: 2024b
- Ubuntu Version: 20.04 LTS (64-bit)
- VirtualBox Version: 7.1.4 r165100
- Host System: Arch Linux x86_64
VM Configuration:
- Base Memory: 16384 MB
- Processors: 8 cores
- Graphics Controller: VMSVGA
- 3D Acceleration: Enabled
- Nested Paging & KVM Paravirtualization enabled
Installation Method:
- Using official MATLAB zip file
- Running installer with: sudo ./install
- Core MATLAB and Image Processing Toolbox install successfully and will launch
- Only Parallel Computing Toolbox installation causes crashes
Questions:
1. Could the Parallel Computing Toolbox require specific virtualization settings beyond what's currently enabled?
2. How might I begin to debug this?
Thank you for any assistance.

Hi,
You can try to look for the logs generated during installing the Parallel Computing Toolbox to debug what problem is occuring during the installation. Please refer to the following MATLAB answers for more details:
I hope this helps.

.....It just worked no changes in the vm since yesterdays trials, just worked when watching the logs with sudo ./install -outputfile out.log and tail -f out.log -\_(. .)_/-
