How all are verification and other performance metrics handled on an industrial level for dsp blocks designed in SIMULINK.

I designed a GMSK modulator in SIMULINK, and I would like to get some insights on how all are these blocks verified on an industrial level. It would be great if anyone could share on what all performance metrics are carried out.
I would also like to know if high level designs are carried out in SIMULINK for dsp blocks in industry level. In addition, if I wanted to advance further in dsp and system design, I would like to know what are the essential skills required.

Which performance metrics you need that I do for you?
SNR, SNIR, BitErrorRate, eBNo spectral_efficiency what more?
I am graduated with major in Signal Processing, have skills in TCE Octave, Simulink, Python, C/C++.
The industrial performance metrics can be added as a custom morphism (S-, c, m functions) as a blocks in TCE NCE MPPL Simulink or/abd Octave, Scilab, SciCos or more (if you are able to hire me on this) blocks to existing blockscheme diagram or to your diagram/block-scheme with sharpening/shaping (towards novelty, to keep up with contemporary SciTech and engineering or to enhance efficacy of legacy systems (renovation, historical gaps filling)) on wires where usable matter passes.
We can add Scicos, GMSK is related to digital communication, mainly utilized in EDGE, old today, still actual can be used for VHF AIS, CROSS, Tetra like (DCUs, The modulation type is Gaussian Minimum Shift Keying) and the baud rate is 9600 br, interesting when no radar is working due to harsh conditions, can we develop better than radar stable link?).
Mobitex protocol, which is proprietary, requires a bandwidth of 12,500 Hz, uses GMSK modulation , and can achieve a baud rate of 8000 br. It was used in the UKGB in particular for vehicle recovery, but in other countries by the police or ambulances. Although it was gradually dethroned in Europe by GSM and Tetra networks , it still had the advantage of lower network management costs and greater range. The Swedish Mobitex network was shut down at the end of 2012.
Sattelite phones can be researched within the scope as well.
I have expertise in communication systems maintenance in Industrial Automation setting ( DCS, PLC, Modbus, SCADA ).
Which is quite interesting when working on a channel that affects the amplitude of the message.
