how do I set the property "RemoteConnectivity" == 1

I'm trying to set the following property to true in order to allow MATLAB Online to connect to the 'MATLAB Connector' app installed on my M1 Mac.
matlab.internal.feature("RemoteConnectivity")
I tried the following:
setpref(matlab.internal.feature("RemoteConnectivity"), 1)
Error using setpref (line 31)
Not enough input arguments.
setpref(matlab.internal.feature,"RemoteConnectivity", 1)
Error using matlab.internal.feature
Too many output arguments.
any ideas?

I'm still unable to connect to the MATLAB Connector app.... Desktop MATLAB it is... for now
