Is there a function in matlab to find temperature, density ecc.. values outside the standard atmposphere? i need values up to 400km but i am using atmoscoesa which gives me only up to 84km

Um, not really, and certainly not easily or in any good way.
Something like temperature can vary HUGELY outside the atmosphere, and 400km is effectively outside the atmosphere. At that point, you are trying to measure the "temperature" of a few ions. The little you will find there will be strongly impacted by solar activity, by magnetic fields, etc. Over a period of time, any temperature you would find there can/will vary by thousands of degrees.
Note that the region above 80km is called the thermosphere, for good reason. This is also why the MATLAB function you have tried to use only goes up to 84km.
Of course, one might think density should behave a little better, but even there, solar activity will be highly important. I see in this link a comment that density can vary by a factor of 50. As such it would be impacted by where above the earth you are looking, relative to the orbit of the earth, since the solar wind will determine what is happening in that region.
Again, what you are asking to do is probably not meaningful. At best, you might be able to find a range of values for any such parameter, but it is not meaningful to ask for "the" termperature, or "the" density.
