Why my PMSM loses Torque suddenly after some time.

So, I have been modelling a EV model based of an article about the Bolt EV using simscape and I got a relatively ok model using the dc motor, but when trying to implement the PMSM I could not get good results from it, with weird torque and current responses. I do not have access to specifics parameters of the PMSM, what makes me suspect that it is the problem, but I am not sure how to estimate that with no access to the hardware to empiracally test it.

You could look for academic papers, datasheets, or industry reports that provide typical parameters for PMSMs used in electric vehicles. You can also refer to the following documentation page if it helps you in anyway to estimate the parameters using simulation:
