Clarification with IEC certified tools and the need for separate IEC certification kit

Hi,
As far as I read from the MATLAB website, the tools such as Matlab, Simulink, Embedded Coder,... are already ISO/IEC certified tools, but then, I am confused on the need for separate IEC certification kit available, to qualify those tools? Could you please clarify?

Thank you for your quick response; it clarifies my query.
Does the "IEC Certification Kit" need to be purchased as a standalone product, or is it included as part of any existing MATLAB toolboxes (both currently and previously)?
Additionally, could you let me know which other toolboxes are needed to use the IEC Certification Kit to qualify my model and its code generation to IEC/ISO? (may be the requirements toolboxes or so) I am unclear about this as well.

Hi,
I am using licenced version of Polyspace Bug Finder and Code Prover and as a part of tool qualification report, I want the certification details for these Polyspace tools. My questions are as,
  1. Are this certification details available as part of my installation? If yes, where can I locate it on my setup?
  2. With IEC certification kit, it provides additional resources such as templates, certificates, validation suites, and documentation to help you qualify MathWorks tools. What are the use cases where these resources are required? I am having a tool qualification template defined, in that case where these resources can be used?
