How to use the serdes.channelLoss in serdes toolbox to generate NEXT and FEXT？

My simulation code is written as above. My concer is how to set the second and third parameter of the object "channel" to generate our specified NEXT noise and FEXT noise? Shoud it be PRBS waveworm with amplitude=+1/-1?
