Unable to request a trial license for MATLAB Web App Server

I've been trying to request a license for https://www.mathworks.com/products/matlab-web-app-server.html in the past few days, however I keep getting "Service Unavailable - DNS failure". On a side note, the getting into contact by setting my institution email does not work either.

When will this be resolved?

MathWorks is currently working on an issue that has affected segments of our online systems. Some of our online services are not available. Updates are being posted to status.mathworks.com.
