How to adjust font UI when displayed text is cut off

I've encountered an issue where the UI text (buttons, ...) in my MATLAB interface appears to be cut off.

I have tried to change the Desktop Code Font and Desktop Text Font - neither have changed the toolbar, ... text font.

Version: R2024b Update 4

OS: Arch Linux

Update:

I have installed the following font packages which has fixed the issue:

sudo pacman -S ttf-dejavu ttf-liberation ttf-droid

yay -S ttf-ms-fonts
