Has anyone calculated Effective Refractive Index in PCF

I want to calculate effective refractive index for Photonic crystal fiber through Matlab implementation of any methos such as FDTD, FEM Beam prop. method etc.. Has anyone done that ? and provide the same.

I don't think you will get an answer in a year-old question that basically got no substantive answers. You could try asking a fresh question, but also see my advice above.
