I'm using MATLAB version 2025b and have three monitors. I've noticed that the Simulink window scales according to the maximum scale setting on all three monitors (the smaller 4K monitor has a scale of 225, which is the maximum scale setting on all three). This causes the window on the other two monitors to be unusually large and proportional. Even clicking on the model settings window causes it to extend beyond the screen. Only on the 4K monitor does the window scale appear normal. Unplugging the smaller 4K monitor returns the window to normal. I'm not sure how to fix this.

Hi,
According to my understanding, Simulink windows appears to be oversized on your other monitors. This behavior normalizes when the 4K monitor is disconnected. This can probably be due to MATLAB adopting the highest scaling factor among all monitors for its windows. This can lead to oversized windows on monitors with lower scaling.
Here is a similar MATLAB Answer which you can refer to in order to solve the display scaling issue of Simulink interface: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/1968389-how-to-change-the-display-scale-factor-of-simulink-interface
You can also try out the following steps in case the issue persists:
  • Temporarily set all monitors to use the same scaling factor in the Windows Display Settings. This can prevent the oversized window issue.
  • Try setting your primary display (in Windows Display Settings) to the monitor with the scaling factor you prefer Simulink to use. Restart MATLAB after making this change.
  • Ensure MATLAB is opened on the monitor with your preferred scaling before opening Simulink models or windows.
