Hi Mohammed,
This is a licensing error. Is there any reason why you are launching MATLAB as "ADMIN"? It looks like you activated MATLAB with your normal username.
Please log in Windows with your username if you haven't, then launch MATLAB normally and not with "Run as Administrator"
