To check in Simulink On ramp thermmostat project solution for task 5 is proper or not

hi Team, I am doing the simulink on ramp but there for the thermostat project under task 5 the provided solution is showing not correct. I have attached the screen shot also. Could you please help what went wrong. ? and what is the solution. Please reply asap.
