Matlab does not run

I have installed Matlab 2026b (I I have been using 2024b until now) and when I launch the program, sometimes it is launched correctly, and at other times it doesn't. In this case, the following scren does not disappear.

Please include MathWorks reply to your question to them in a subsequent Comment here. That may help other people with the same problem.
