Local cluster fails to validate at the SPMD Job Test step in Cluster Profile Manager

Hello,

I'm having problems getting a parallel pool up and running. When I try to validate local, I hit this snag:

Stage: SPMD job test (createCommunicatingJob)
Status: Failed
Description:The job errored or did not reach state finished.
Command Line Output:(none)
Error Report:(none)
Debug Log:
LOG FILE OUTPUT:

   Aborting: failed to launch '"[PATH]\MATLAB\R2015a\bin\win64\MATLAB.exe  -dmlworker -noFigureWindows  -r distcomp_evaluate_filetask"' on [Computer Name]
   Error (2) The system cannot find the file specified.

I can get to the file just fine, so I know it is there. I'm running MATLAB as an administrator. I've also modified the permissions on the file so anyone can edit it. I've reinstalled MATLAB. Windows Firewall has the correct exceptions, and I've attempted it with it off completely. I still get the same error no matter what.

Can anyone help me out?
