Displaying a disparity map in a live video with Matlab

Are there any ways to extract a disparity map in a live video? I am trying to measure a distance of the object from camera after getting a disparity display?

If there are any better ways to measure the distance from camera in matlab, would you please suggest? It seems that it

is impossible to do it in simulink..
