can somebody help me out on matlab code of controllers of dfig: As i have to put an input Vref-Vs to PI controller, considering Vref=vqs=1 but how does the Vs would be for the FMAC control.

In later time, I myself have simulated the PI controllers of DFIG based WECS wherein controllers for MPPT, stator voltage control, DC link voltage control and reactive power control has been employed. Intrested may ask further, if they need the info about the said controllers of DFIG.
