VESSEL PICK

Hello. I am working on coronary artery extraction in MRA images. Unfortunately, addition of coronary artery, you can find many vessels such as lung vessel in MRA images. not contrast agent in this protocol and vessels intensity and size seems like each other. how can i extract coronary?

That is too challenging a project for us to answer in a forum like this. Looks more like what people do for a Ph.D. project. In fact I'm sure some have.
