DC offset simulation on low-IF receiver

I've build a low-IF receiver system using simRF. I'd like to simulate the DC offsets due to the nonlinearity of the receiver's building blocks eg. LNA, mixer, etc. If the carrier frequency in simRF's Outport block set to 0 Hz, then the signal simulated at 0Hz is the DC offsets due to receiver's nonlinearity? P/s: We do not want to focus on the low-IF output signal. Thanks.
