How to auto- execute script after save?

So, here is the topic. How to auto- execute script after save? You saves the script and it selfexecutes. Nice feature, to see the result right after save, withoout direct running via F5. Is there any way to do this?

Like you said, typing F5 will autoexecute after saving the file, as will clicking the green "Run" triangle in MATLAB or GUIDE. Why do you need yet another method? What's wrong with those ways?
