USB interfere to MATLAB

Im new to MATLAB. Im currently doing a project. MATLAB will be act as GUI which will obtain the data from a bluetooth. So my question is how to interfere USB using the MATLAB.

Are you sure your question is about USB ? Bluetooth transceivers are usually built-in rather than attached to a USB port.

With MATLAB R2011b, using the Instrument Control Toolbox, you can directly interface with bluetooth devices [SPP profile] (like a serial pipe).
