generating more data using given data (Unique rows/instances)

I want to generate more rows/instances of my data for classification purposes. I have 12 features and 130 rows/instances, using that data, I want to generate 100 more unique rows (So total number of rows for that class goes around 230), is there any matlab function available for this? Also, what is the technical term for this type of problem?

One method is to generate a co-variance matrix and use it to generate random positions based upon that.
