Support for Tektronix RSA306 Spectrum Analyzer in Instrument Control Toolbox is provided via the "Tektronix USB Spectrum Analyzer Driver", which can be downloaded from the following File Exchange URL:

Supported models: 306, 306B, 503A, 507A, 603A, 607A 

In addition to the MATLAB instrument driver file (MDD file), the above resource also contains example MATLAB code for configuring and acquiring data from the instrument.

The MATLAB instrument driver requires the installation of the Tektronix RSA API libraries and is compatible with 64-bit MATLAB installations on 64-bit Windows platform.

The RSA API setup program (RSA_API_USBDriver_x64\setup.exe) is included in the FileExchange package download (Tektronix USB Spectrum Analyzer Driver.zip).
