I am trying to make simulation of maximum power point tracker (MPPT) in Simulink for boost converter (Incremental Conductance method). Can anyone help me?

Is that the paper, "Maximum Power Point Tracking Controller for PV Systems using a PI Regulator with Boost DC/DC Converter" or a different paper?

no..very similar. I have to make the algorithm (model) in Simulink and I do not know how to start.
