Matlab won't plot my function

Hi there, I'm trying to plot this function in matlab, but the plot shows up blank. The workspace says y=1.524 which confuses me. Any ideas?
t=0:0.1:1;
y=(2*t+1)/(t.^2+1);
plot(t,y)
