Extract polygon from a generated meshed surface

Hi All,

I have output data's from CFD analysis which contains x,y coordinates and temperature values at each node. I generated a squared 400x200 mesh surface and placed temperature values at each mesh areas. Now, I want to extract a polygonal area drawn with white lines as indicated on attached picture. All data's in the outside of this polygonal surface should be deleted. Can you help me that how can I do that?
