pixel values to axis

hi, i have an image of a graph, and i used ginput to get the pixel values for 8 points on the graph. i want to calibrate points on the x-axis and y-axis, so i will be able to translate the pixel values i got to the same axis levels i see in the image. how can i do it? thanks
