can I develop a speech to text system using MATLAB? how??...

there are so many alternatives available for speech to text, but if i want to develop it by using MATLAB, I'll get accuracy??.. and is there libraries available for speech processing....

MATLAB is a Turing Complete programming language, which given enough time and memory can compute anything deterministic computable by any other Turing complete programming language. Therefore the accuracy you can get is limited by the effort you are willing to put into the project, not by the programming language.
