Inner State transitions between operating modes (dependent on data based input) in stateflow is not happening even after fulfillment of the desired condition. Transition between 2 main outer states is happening smoothly which have event based input.

For ex,the pedal is an event based input and it is working fine, but the transition from M5 to M2 doesn't take place even after RPM_Engine reaches 1100.
