cross corrolation vector error

hi all, I have 2 matrices x [5 365], y [1 365]. when I use the command crosscorr to determine the lag this error is appear

 Error using crosscorr (line 83)
 First series must be a vector.

what should I do?

The documentation for crosscorr indicates that the inputs need to be vectors, not matrices.

You don't say exactly what cross correlations you need to calculate, but you may need to use a for-loop calculate what you need for the columns of x?
