How to obtain a feature vector from feature matrix?

Hi, I have obtained the feature matrix of various activities of a person using Radon transform. I have a feature matrix of 75*180 dimensions. How do I get a feature vector out of this matrix? Please help.

What are the features? There would be a condition. With these conditions, we can extract your required matrix.
