Why does it say "Valid Integer License is required" when I try to use the "Request Support" feature in MATLAB?

I have a MATLAB trial license and I want to submit a service request using the "Request Support" feature on the toolstrip in MATLAB.

I am able to login with my MATLAB account, but when I click "Submit", I get an error that says "Valid Integer License is required".

The "Request Support" feature is not available for trials.
