Reading corrupted csv file into matlab

Greetings. I have a csv file I acquire from a GPS tracking device. Sometimes the data is written incorrectly to the csv file and a few lines get merged together.
Here is an example:
I would like to read in these csv file and get rid of these corrupted rows. Any ideas on how to get this done? Thanks!
