Set path is saving to onedrive

My set path is automatically saving to onedrive instead of the MATLAB folder in documents. I am using Windows 10. Everything works fine but it is irritating having to change path each time I use the program.

Do you mind explaining what you mean by "My set path is automatically saving to onedrive"? What are you trying to do when something saves to OneDrive instead of Documents\MATLAB?

Here's my best guess for what you are looking for. Refer to the following MATLAB doc page:

There is a section called "Changing the Startup Folder" that describes how to set the directory that MATLAB will start up in (i.e. the file system location that will be the current working directory when MATLAB is fully launched). Try setting the MATLAB folder in Documents as the "Initial working folder".
