How I run DINEOF in Matlab ?

Dear forum members, I am new matlab user. I am interested about Data Interpolating Empirical Orthogonal Functions. There is a post on DINEOF page about matlab wrapper. I can not run this using matlab. I will be grateful if anybody of this forum will help me. Regards, Shahin
