Regarding frequency issues with PWM generation using simulink and deploying onto arduino

Hi...I'm trying to generate 6 PWM signals by comparing a 50 HZ sine wave with a 50 HZ triangular wave using the relational operator , sine wave source and repeating sequence ( for triangular wave). Since my modulating signal is of 50 HZ, when I connect a scope, I'm getting pulses of 50 HZ frequency. When I deploy the same model onto Arduino Mega, the frequency is getting reduced to around 15 HZ instead of 50 HZ . How to fix this ?
