Why the OpenGL info in matlab on my mac wired is empty?

hello ,can anyone help me to solve the question? When I open my matlab on mac for long long time, the OpenGL info will be empty and the figure is empty as well. >> opengl info Version: '' Vendor: '' Renderer: 'None' RendererDriverVersion: '' RendererDriverReleaseDate: '' MaxTextureSize: 0 Visual: '' Software: 1 HardwareSupportLevel: 'none' SupportsGraphicsSmoothing: 0 SupportsDepthPeelTransparency: 0 SupportsAlignVertexCenters: 0 Extensions: {} MaxFrameBufferSize: 0
