Warning message while using camera calibrator

I am trying to calibrate a camera using Matlab Camera Calibrator. After I select the images, I am getting the following warning message: "Division by zero when processing. The value has been set to NaN". Any idea why I am getting this warning. Am I suppose to re-size the image?

Hi UNK,
Are you using the images in JPEG format? These warnings look like corrupt exif metadata in the JPEG file that the function is trying to read. This should not affect the actual pixels, so this warning can be ignored. However, please note that saving the calibration images in the JPEG format is not a good idea, because of the compression artifacts. If possible, consider using a format with no compression or with lossless compression, like TIFF or PNG.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the information. Just a quick question. Isn't it that the cameras give JPEG images? Am i supposed to convert them to PNG or TIFF images before I use them as the calibration images?

There must be a way to set you camera to store uncompressed images.
