I need to do lomb-scargle periodogram in matlab 2010

I need to do lomb-scargle periodogram in matlab 2010. But it seem that the function is not available in matlab 2010. How can I do this? I have downloaded lomb.m from the mathworks site. Can I use it? Also I need to know the diiference between lomb and plomb function.
