How to connect a Simscape Fluids/Centrifugal Pump to Specialized Technology/Asynchronous Machine

I would like to connect a Specialized Technology/Asynchronous Machine to Fluids/Hydraulics/Centrifugal Pump.

How do I do this?

Hello,

You can do this by changing the Asynchronous Machine to have its Mechanical Input set to Mechanical rotational port

To do this double click the block, go to the Configuration Tab and select Mechanical rotational port drop down under Mechanical input:

Yuo can now directly connect the motor to the pump

Once you have connected the pump with the simscape block, how can just tell the pump there ir a constant difference of pressure correspomding to ro*g*head? As if it was a constant source of pressure difference. Which block should i connect?
