Does Instrument Control Toolbox support the 2405a Pico Technology 2000 series oscilloscope hardware?

I notice that the MATLAB Instrument control toolbox supported hardware for pico does not include support for the pico 2405a which I have just purchased...maybe by mistake....but I'm not sure...will the 2205 drivers work on the 2405a? Don't really mind if not all 4 input channels are available 2 would be fine. Also I notice that the compatible hardware list on the pico 3000 series lists only 3xxxa/b models but these models do not appear to exist on the Pico site only 3xxxd models seem to be available....is this an error?

Hi Glenn,
have you already used the Beta driver? I am not sure if I should buy a PicoScope 2405a and I would like to know, whether the Matlab Beta driver is already usable.
Regards

Hi Glenn,
The PicoScope 2405A requires the PicoScope 2000 Series (A API) - MATLAB Generic Instrument Driver. This is currently in the process of being updated to support the new products that have recently been released in this range so please e-mail our Technical Support Team (<mailto:support@picotech.com support@picotech.com>) and we will provide you with some files to get you started.
The PicoScope 3000D and 3000D MSO models are supported by the Beta Instrument Driver in the PicoScope 3000 Series - MATLAB Generic Instrument Driver. We will request the PicoScope Support from Instrument Control Toolbox to be updated once it becomes a stable release.
Regards,
