Find corresponding values to a set of conditions in a matrix.

Hi, i currently have this task to complete using Matlab, and i have absolutely no idea as to how i should tackle it. The question provides us with a template of data (300x4 matrix) with the columns phi, delta, velocity and pressure. It then provides us with a set of values from that matrix for phi ([0.05 0.1 0.2 0.5]) and delta([0.05 0.1 0.25 0.5 1 2 3]) and wants us to find all of the corresponding velocity and pressure values that correspond to any of these combinations of phi and delta e.g. delta_1 and phi_1,delta_1 and phi_2...delta_2 and phi_1, delta_2 and phi_2 etc).

If anyone could please help me with finding the corresponding velocity and pressure values to ANY combination, that would be greatly appreciated. (I've put a copy of the actual question just to clarify what i mean). Thanks in advance for your time!!!
