Multiprocessing in Simulink

Hi,
I have access to a Windows 2003 R2 server with heaps of CPU-power and RAM. Problem: just one CPU is used. I tested it with a simple model (one PID and one TF in a loop).
I thought Simulink (Matlab 2011b) is able to use multiple processors.
Cheers, Frank.

The primary mechanism to leverage a multi-core or multi-processor system with Simulink is to run multiple simulations in parallel using the Parallel Computing Toolbox (see this video for an overview).

If you want Simulink to take advantage of multiple processors, you can use the parallel computing toolbox.
This will allow you to run multiple simulations in parallel, not to distribute one simulation. See this documentaiton page for more details:

If Frank has 4 cores, could he run 4 separate sessions of Simulink, assuming he saved the results to different matfiles to keep track of them?
