Hello, How can i plot tension and current on the board of each Element (Resistance and capacitor,…) of an electric circuit diagram?

I have construct an electric circuit and i need to plot tension, current in eacht Element of my circuit.

Not sure what do you mean by tension of an electric element. But you may use sensors like voltage sensor (current sensor) to detect voltage (current) across (through) an electric element. You may plot them in a scope.
