Can i change mutation fraction with integer decision variable in GA?

In matlab documentation, mutation option cannot use with integer problems.

Then, mutation fraction is always fixed as 0.01 with integer problems.?

It is currently not possible for users to provide their own mutation fraction for integer decision variable.
