data transfer b/n .m file to .mdl simulink model.

I am developing a wind energy conversion system. i would like to control the inverter current for which hill climb searching algorithm is is used.This part is done in .m file. I want this inverter current value to simulink model so that maximum power can be extracted.. Kindly someone help me please.....
