How to update curve and monitor online curve ?

Drawing online updated curve ? Suppose I have 2 days of x and y data and I want to plot x vs y plot. as soon as I get 3rd day x and y data then it mean remove 1st day data and take 2nd and 3rd day data and so on (basically follow Last in and first out approach),thanks in advance
