Error using vertcat Dimensions of matrices being concatenated are not consistent.

i have 2 cell array

the first one is size ( 81 *1 )

the seconde one is size ( 1 * 1 )

when i use vectcat i get and error

Please check again. Perhaps you are using a 1 x 81 instead of an 81 x 1
