p-value for standard normal distributed?

I'm work on multivariate analysis (testing for several correlation matrices ) this test as the derivation ~ standard normal distribution I'm trying to do simulation study from 1000 replication so I want to found the p value for this test to evaluate the performance H0: omega=omega0
I found this coding p-value=1-normcdf(Zi,1.96) is that true
