Matlab 2012b(32 bit) not able to find Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 compiler

I have Matlab 2014a(64 bit) and Matlab 2012b(32 bit) installed. While running Mex -setup Matlab 2014a detects Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 compiler but Matlab 2012b didnt.
How can I make it detectable for 2012b version

Do you have access to any later 32-bit versions of MATLAB?

If you have an R2014a license then you can download the 32 bit version of R2014a (provided you have permission to download MATLAB, that is.)
